About the Role

The role of the iOS Developer is supporting multiple new IT initiatives and developing apps which are eye catching, user friendly, accessible, and good looking yet simple and uniquely built. Creating and maintaining advanced application for our exchange to the iOS platform, having the ability to balance high response, stable and efficient code with attractive and functional aesthetics. Also, working together with cross-functional teams to define, design and ship new features. Troubleshooting issues and bugs and improving application performance.

Role:- iOS Developer | Experience: 3 – 5 years | Opening(s): 1 | Locations: Delhi / Mohali

Education

Bachelors or master’s degree in Computer Science or any other IT correlated technical field along with 3-5 years of relevant work experience. Should have the in-depth knowledge of all the phases of software development lifecycle which includes but not restricted to gathering and analysing user/business system requirements, responding to outages and creating application system models. Should be competent in the field of web technologies, iOS frameworks, Swift or Objective-C, HTML5 and programming languages. Ideally, should possess excellent communication skills, proactiveness, positive attitude and team-player capabilities.

Passionate and obsession with technology along with deep familiarity & knowledge of iOS, iPhone, X-code and Mac with Objective-C/Swift, Cocoa Touch, frameworks and libraries. Have excellent problem solving/debugging skills who love to take up technical challenges & is up to date with the current state of the iOS development ecosystem.

What Do We Expect

• Proficient with Swift 3.0 or Objective-C
• Familiarity with Push notifications, Deep Linking and Core Location
• Experienced in working with data parsing forms such as XML and JSON, to dynamically display data on iPhone/iPad.
• Understanding full mobile development cycle
• Experience using RESTful Web Service APIs
• Have built and published iOS apps on the App Store in the past
• Experience with iOS frameworks such as Core Data, Core Animation, etc.
• Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning
• Be a part of the team in terms of decision making, product direction, and vision.

What Would You Be Doing

• Architect, design and build advanced applications for the iOS platform
• Familiarity with objective C/Swift, Cocoa Touch and working with external frameworks and libraries
• Translate requirements and mock-ups into fully functional features
• Collaborating with teams to define, design, and ship new features provide estimates on development cycles
• Familiarity with Push notifications, Deep Linking and Core Location
• Experienced in working with data parsing forms such as XML and JSON, to dynamically display data on iPhone/iPad.
• Leveraged native iOS features (Push Notifications and Local notification, Animations, GPS, Settings, Contacts).
