Position Overview:
As an Inside Sales Executive / Lead Generator, you will be a key contributor to our Enterprise Sales team-focused on identifying, qualifying, and nurturing business opportunities. This role is ideal for someone with a hunter’s mindset, who thrives in a fast- paced environment and is excited by the prospect of contributing directly to revenue growth.
You will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients via calls, emails, and LinkedIn, articulating our service offerings, securing interest, and handing over qualified leads to the senior business development team
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify key decision-makers across mid to large-sized enterprises using platforms like LinkedIn and more.
- Initiate outbound calls and email campaigns to introduce our loyalty, rewards,and engagement solutions.
- Understand client pain points and qualify leads based on industry fit, readiness, and intent.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions using CRM tools and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Set up discovery calls for the enterprise sales team and support in calendar coordination.
- Collaborate with marketing to align on campaign messaging and prospect communication.
- Share periodic reports and insights on lead quality, conversion patterns, and market feedback.
Required Skills & Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, or lead generation (preferably in SaaS digital services, or enterprise tech).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Confidence in making high-quality outbound pitches and handling objections professionally.
- Familiarity with sales tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM platforms,Google Workspace, and MS Excel.
- Ability to think on your feet, improvise during conversations, and handle multi-tasking with discipline.
Good to Have:
- Prior experience in SaaS, enterprise tech, or digital services.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar lead-gen tools.
- Understanding of CRM platforms and their usage in sales tracking.
- Exposure to email outreach tools or automation platforms.
- Experience setting up meetings or discovery calls for enterprise sales teams.
- Comfort in collaborating with marketing teams on campaign alignment.
- Experience working in a target-driven environment with reporting responsibilities.
- Ability to gather and share market feedback or lead quality insights with sales leadership.
- Past involvement in lead scoring or qualification frameworks.
