Position Overview:
As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and converting large enterprise clients across sectors into long-term partners for our loyalty and engagement solutions. Your core focus will be on understanding their requirements around loyalty program design, gift fulfilment, call center support, and related engagement initiatives — and tailoring our offerings to meet these needs.
You will lead client conversations end-to-end — from strategic discovery to customized solutioning and commercial closure — while working closely with our pre-sales, product, and operations teams. This role demands a consultative approach, strong domain awareness, and the ability to articulate value across both marketing and operational verticals. Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and prospect decision-makers and influencers in targeted industries using LinkedIn, networks, referrals, and strategic outreach.
- Manage a robust sales pipeline via CRM tools, with clear visibility on funnel movement, lead quality, and conversion ratios.
- Understand client business challenges and design tailored loyalty and engagement strategies aligned with our solution suite.
- Lead end-to-end sales conversations — from discovery, solution pitching, and proposal development to closure.
- Collaborate with the pre-sales, product, and marketing teams to deliver impactful presentations, demos, and proposals.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor movements, and evolving client expectations to shape relevant pitches and positioning.
- Represent the organization in industry events, conferences, and partner meets
Required Skills & Experience
- Exceptional communication, consultative selling, and presentation skills.
- A proactive and strategic mindset with strong business acumen and relationship-building capabilities.
- 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, enterprise solutions, or marketing services—with a preference for loyalty, engagement, or CRM-driven platforms.
- A proven track record of handling enterprise accounts, especially in sectors like FMCG, Manufacturing, Cement, or Retail.
- Exposure to client-facing discussions, pitch decks, RFP responses, and pricing negotiations.
- Comfort with CRM tools, sales automation platforms, and productivity apps (MS Office, Google Workspace).
Good to Have:
- Experience in loyalty program or customer engagement domains
- Familiarity with reward fulfillment operations and channel engagement models
- Exposure to enterprise SaaS platforms or tech-driven service offerings
- Understanding of FMCG, retail, or influencer-led business ecosystems
- Background in creating or responding to RFPs and pitch documentation
- Knowledge of loyalty KPIs such as retention, repeat rate, and NPS
- Awareness of digital marketing performance metrics and automation tools
- Ability to manage cross-functional coordination in high-paced environments
- Competence in presenting data-led insights and strategic narratives
- Hands-on experience with commercial negotiations and partnership structuring
